Tops is always friendly and very helpful. Some Customers today are rude and ignorant people. Tops handles them well. I can't believe how many dissapointed people we really live with in today's society.

This tops friendly markets was by far the best tops I've ever had the pleasure to be in. The other tops markets could learn something from this tops. Front desk staff were absolutely fantastic and courteous and very helpful and took care of what I needed very quickly and thrall.thank you.it will definitely be the store branch that I will use from now on. The Tops not so Friendly Markets on Niagara street in buffalo should take notes from this staff

We used Tops for our wedding cake and were absolutely thrilled with the result! We received so many compliments on the presentation and taste. The price was amazing since it fed over 100 guests. We were able to meet with the baker prior to the wedding and we showed her some designs that we liked, but gave her the freedom to add her own influence to the design. The cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing. The only downside is the limitation of designs. If you are looking for a super fancy cake design, Tops is not for you. If you will be satisfied with a simple, but elegant three tiered cake, I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I went to this Tops specifically because it was on my way home and they reduced some seasonal items and I had been there last Sunday. I went back to buy some more and the same items were 60% off today! I like this Tops because although it is smaller it has many great deals. The cashiers are very pleasant too!❤

Tops is a nice store Great Staff. Groceries Galore. Be a TOPS CARD HOLDER & get some discounts. Gas Station too. Flowers, Lottery played here, Red Box here too. You must come and see for Yourself. Ray and Margie H.

Big Words I Know By Heart

I’m a little surprised by the negative reviews for this location. This has been MY neighborhood Tops for the past fifteen years or so. Every employee I’ve ever encountered here has been friendly, helpful and courteous, from Customer Service to the Pharmacy to the Deli to the Front End. The store is clean, organized and well laid out. Sure, people have good days and bad days, but I’ve never encountered anything other than a wonderful experience. I think they’re doing a terrific job. I don’t know how many folks read grocery store reviews, but this Tops deserves a better rating. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been a local shopper at this location for years and I just wanna share how professional the night manager is, his name is Joe and he’s always very helpful, wholesome and genuinely cares about the customers along with any concerns that has to do with food or anything to do with the store in general. I give Joe 5 stars along with the rest of the staff he supervises making sure that everything is going well, I would highly recommend shopping at this location especially when wholesome Joe is working. Thanks for being awesome Joe and I look forward to shopping at Tops again!
